For most clients who want to soften lines at the sides of the eyes, a good skin cream and eye care alone will not be sufficient; even, when it includes specialised eye creams. Anti-Wrinkle injections are a non-surgical option which can provide excellent results; allowing you, to get rid of those fine lines and wrinkles from around the eyes.
Botox® is the most well known wrinkle relaxing treatment, however, Dysport®, Vistabel®, Bocouture® and Azzalure® are all possible alternatives which belong to the same family of Anti-Wrinkle injectable treatments: they are all Botulinum Toxin type A .
Crows Feet/Smile Lines are most pronounced when you work the muscles around your eyes. As we age, their appearance when you smile, laugh or squint is unavoidable. Botox®, and the other injectable Anti-Wrinkle treatment variants, all literally relax the targeted muscles so they can't contract, thus smoothing the appearance of the overlying skin.
How Does A Botox Anti-wrinkle Injection Work?
Anti-Wrinkle injections work by effectively 'blocking' the chemical signal that causes muscles to contract. Though Anti-wrinkle injectable treatments are perfectly safe when administered correctly, they are a prescription only medication (POM), and can possibly result in complications: you should only receive anti-wrinkle injections from a qualified and experienced practitioner (Independent Nurse Prescriber, Doctor or Dentist).
Dermal Fillers for Wrinkles
Dependant on a client's age and skin condition, Botox® sometimes can't completely get rid of crow's feet, but if not, it will reduce their appearance significantly. A soft Dermal Filler, can be used to treat some lines around the eyes that an Anti-Wrinkle Treatment does not eradicate.
